Medium of Study/ Syllabus/ Academic Schedule

• Medium of study in Odia. We adhere to the Government syllabus and supplement it with additional books, including General Knowledge, Hindi and more.
• Our academic session commences in April and concludes in March providing a comprehensive educational journey throughout the year.
• At Kalunga Shilpanchal Bidyalaya, we believe in maintaining a structured and organized school schedule that supports our students’ holistic development and academic growth. By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to provide a nurturing and enriching learning environment.

Admission Process & Guidelines

• Admission open from Sishu Vatika to Class – IX. Please collect the admission form from the school office.
• Submit the completed registration form along with the required documents and fees in the school reception on or before the scheduled date.
• For the first admission, the application form must accompany a genuine birth certificate.
• Except in the case of first admission all other applications must be accompanied by a Transfer Certificate from the previous School.
• The students coming from outside of the state of Odisha will have produce the transfer certificate duly countersigned by the competent authority of that state.
